I think the first thread we started was 'chocolate or cheese', I am the chocolate fan and Mr the cheese fan.
We wanted to seek votes and the highest number of votes received a platter that weekend as a treat bought by the loser.
I think it was a fix as cheese won, and as a gracious loser I bought a multitude of fantastic cheeses, meats and crackers.... which Mr shared with me, so win/win really.
Anyway, the thread was a bit of fun and it was very well received by those who contributed and has resulted in us having some regular contact with a few really lovely people.

For about 2 years I had people saying that I was a man using stolen pictures, don’t get many fake accusations anymore unless it’s someone new to the forums but yeah when I first started using the forums people didn’t know how to take me, when I would write about fucking men or sticking my tongue up their arse holes as they slept people used to call me a rapist but 6 years on I’ve been accepted! |

Nah I got a tone of abuse.
I joined at 20 and kept getting ‘breeding’ messages. I just had three miscarriages that year, so obviously they hit a nerve. So I posted a thread asking why men were into that (I had honestly never heard of this kink).
I got a tone of abuse for asking when I could just search the forums, for clearly being fake, for being too young for fab, for being judgemental and for not using filters. Filters I didn’t know existed! |

My very first thread I was attacked by the Forumites for asking a question that had been asked before. Many years ago, most of them have left now. But the attitudes to newbies haven't really changed.  |
