Obviously the person has got to want to join the rowing club, put in days, weeks, months, years of practice.
None of those thing are to do with skin colour.
Plus on top of that personal expenses mount up, two of my cousins rowed to quite a high standard but then you have to start flying round the world to compete at your own expense, depending on age you would also need a parent or guardian to with you again at your own expense. |

If you went on a scholarship, you probably still wouldn't be able to afford the costs involved to row to a high standard as I explained above.

Seriously guys just looked up death rates in custody for usa, after arrest approx
42% white
32% black
20% latino
About 800 deaths on average per year, haven't worked out what that is percentage wise of such a large population or what the arrests are for, I. E latino gets killed for Jay walking, white guy for carrying a gun....
