Ginger nuts dunked in tea.

Then if ya finish em off quick enough an drink the tea while its still hot.. the spice makes the tea taste hotter. Takes ya breath in a nice way. No other biscuit or beverage compares.

Ginger nuts for me. Dunked in tea if slumming it, otherwise I put clotted cream and raspberry jam on them. They also make a much better cheesecake base than digestives.

Yet another vote for Gingernuts here - they can hold their structural integrity well even after prolonged dunkings

Love all the suggestions, but I’ve always enjoyed a nice or a coconut ring.

Biskrem are great little sliders too.

Also a rich tea, but you have to double up back to back, or a morning coffee (that’s a 3er or a 4er depending on how hot you tea is).

And the occasional Tim Tam Slam when amongst friends

There and to the left a bit

Has to have the right level of soakability...too much and they go soggy and you run the risk of a lump of biscuit floating in your tea (e.g. wafers, Rich Tea)...too little and the dunk is rendered useless (e.g. ice rings)

For optimal soak, shortbread, digestives or oat based biscuits like Hob Knobs are just perfect

Waitrose Rich Highland Shorties are the best. You've got to be an experienced dunker though to know the optimal dunking time. For people who like living on the edge.
