yes I make sticky Jamaican ginger cake in it and serve it hot with custard and clotted cream it's well nice xxxmake cake is always nice and moist xxx |

I might need to steal the recipe of you for that one.
If I get enough clotted cream I could make clotted cream icing and use it on top of a vanilla sponge cake with coconut flakes |
