Do you use a sponge while showering? A friend of mine say its unhygienic but I always use one

You change your washing up sponge regularly coz they collect bacteria not just from food debris but also remaining damp right? I imagine the same would go for a shower sponge. Damp breeds mould.

I use one of those puffy things that dries out quickly

I use my hands and always a face cloth for my face. Was told once they were not hygenic but i only use it once then wash it. I have loads.

I use one of those two sided shower scrubby thingamejiggs.

There’s a softer side and then a sandpaper coarse side which I presume is for ones bum hole? Well....that’s how I utilise it at least.
