Villain - Donald Grant (Robert Shaw) From Russia With Love.

Great actor, great film and more than a match for Bond as an assassin. Almost stopped the whole Bond Franchise if he hadn't had become greedy

Best villain - Goldfinger. None of the rest of them ever got better lines.
