I try not to collect things, I don't think it's good for your mental health. The things we possess end up possessing us in the end. You can become obsessed in trying to complete the collection or keeping it clean. I once sold practically everything and went travelling around the world. I had so much freedom and never felt better in my entire life. |

I have qite a large coin collectiin, oldest one being from mid 1800's. Then I also collect semi-prescious stones that I find when out prospecting, and obviously the flakes or tiny nuggets of gold I find |

"women
I know a archeologist who collects used tampons. He wants to identify the period of those tampons!"
Funny...That reminds me of a funny memory lol, we met some friends from California in Athens and whilst near the prison that Socrates was at our friend went to pick up a clean unused tampon thinking it was a piece of archeology that had gone unnoticed for all those years |

"Landrovers lol
Erm, I currently own three Land Rovers... Cool and me lol..."
One needs welding and a few other bits to get it through its MOT (and probably be sold as I'm not taking off road), one needs stripping down and rebuilding (it's 45 years old, tax and MOT free) and the third is a runaround. |

"Isn’t 'collecting' the same as hoarding?
Those people that can't throw things away and end up suffocating under piles of junk they deem ' precious' "
Not if you sell parts of your collection from time to time, which I do. |
