I've got a half day at work today so I'm

going to make something yummy for dinner - I need some inspiration.

What are you all having?

Something involving asparagus before the season is over.

I've written a shopping list and everything - I'm sooooo organised!

I think I'm gonna roast a chicken and have it with different bits and pieces for a few days.

I wish work would bore off so I can drink wine and talk bollocks on here and eat chicken all day!

Bham

Well since my oven broke the other day I'm kind of a bit limited to the stove top. So I'll probably do a one pot chicken and rice thing.

.

You can use some of the chicken in laksa - it's really delicious and not stodgy at all.

Urgh how annoying!

You'll probably have to replace the whole thing

There are some good deals for kitchen stuff at Currys at the moment.

yes!

Thats what I want.

There was an amazing Thai takeaway near me that has sadly had to close down

It did the most beautiful Laska I've ever tasted!

I might attempt to make it myself- good idea x

Afraid it's quick and easy dinner here this evening, as shopping being done later today, so will probably be a ploughman's or farmers platter.

Leftover chicken probably jazzed up with some rice and chorizo.. nicely spiced.

Had too much potatoes recently.. if that's possible.
