Anyone else feels like this.
A thread earlier about being too young and I was like, them were the days.
Don't get me wrong I have my moments. Some days..I wouldn't mind turning the clock back.
I'd go back to my mid thirties.
I was wiser, more confident in my skin and more together generally.
Do you have a time that you harp back to?

I'd be 18 in a heart beat. Last time I had a full head of hair, a noticeable 6 pack, a sports car and no children! |

"Getting old sucks but I think I’m the fittest (health wise) I’ve ever been
I wish I could say the same"

"Aging is fun.
I enjoy the new knowledge and feelings and the very different experiences that come with different perspectives."
I agree. It's to be embraced nor feared or regretted and its way better than the alternative |

Aches and pains from a hard working life and annoying hairs sprouting from places you cant quite reach are the downsides but, the confidence in who I am and the ability to focus on what matters to me is a huge bonus. I miss the haircuts but not the insecurity of my youth and the one true bonus is that I know I am a hell of a lot better lover now than I was back in the day. I could be richer, better looking, taller, but I am happy in my slightly tired skin |

As I wrote this I thought about the alternative!
I am very happy to be here that's for sure |

Now - this is my time, my decade.
Everything before led to this place.
I know what I want, I do what I want and best of all I can afford to travel and enjoy life’s pleasures.
Each year getting to this point took something from/out of me. But they also added qualities like patience, manners, respect and being able to recognise happiness and joy in the moment.
So now is just right. |

I'm happy as I am...yes, there have been blissfully happy times before now, but there have also been hard times. Not everything is perfect right now, but I have the knowledge and confidence to either accept or change those things, and I'm more confident in myself as a person than I've ever been. |

"I’m quite happy where I am.
Only reason I’d ever think of going back to a certain age is to spend time again with those that have past, the rest is lessons learnt and no better or worse than now "
To go back and have more time with those we have lost well, I can't think of a better to go back for x |

I dont personally but thats due to the fact that its only since 50 that I ve broken down the blocks on my cery bad past and found the real me. Prior to that I raged against the world without knowing why and it took me to the darkest of places..now Im free to learn more of myself and enjoy that liberation |

You're only as old as the partner you're feeling up. If you don't mind being 38 again, you can feel me up anytime you want! |

Actually I have enjoyed getting older.
My 40s have been the best time of my life so far.
Financially secure, children grown up, fit and healthy. Have enjoyed travelling to new places and exploring sexually too. |

I sometimes think back to the early 90s era of clubbing & dance music. I loved it all but didn't really know Gemma back then like I do now. I could have had so much fun going out en femme & dancing the nights away. Missed opportunity somehow. Time to pay catch up & live a little once we're allowed to get out there. |

Umm mid 20's would be nice.
I don't feel old but when I see my age in text I think damn I'm old now lol.
I'm approaching 40 next and I feel my best years are behind me. However I also feel I didn't make the most of them and I'm hoping to make up for it from now on. |
