As the saying goes, nothing lasts forever, so to do once happy marriages break down irreparably and often very acrimoniously.
However, sometimes the grounds for divorce proceedings can be rather.....unusual.
With this in mind, list here any and all those weird and wonderful examples folks 
They could be bizarre cases you know of personally or else cases you have heard about.
By way of example and to get things underway, here’s a funny one I came across:
An Italian man filed for divorce on the grounds that his wife was possessed by the devil(!) Apparently, the woman had displayed inexplicable behaviour since 2007, including levitating(!!!) A court in Milan accepted the grounds as veritable and subsequently granted the divorce  |
