We’re heading there for the second time this summer from the 5th-7th September. Staying in the village. Not long enough but thankful to get there before it’s closes for the season. |

"Change in plans for us. That fed up with the U.K. weather that we’re heading to Cap a bit earlier. So now there 26th August to 6th September."
Now you may be exhausted by the time we show up on the 1st! |

Hi,
Thanks for the warning.
What sort of lurgie? The dreaded Covid or the usual super bad cold, sore throat, coughing and snotting? Hope you are having fun in spite.

"Some have covid and some have the other sinus, sore throat, soft tissue virus that is doing the rounds, it s everywhere, rampant in Ireland too.
But not in France. "
We are here in Cap and got the dreaded virus. Heard of absolutely loads of others here having it too, so it is doing the rounds over here unfortunately |

I had a bad dose of chest lurgie in September 2021, we both had it last year: Anne worse than me as I assume that I retained some immunity. We thought that we might have caught it playing, but not kissing, in the sauna: nice warm, damp and dark for the bug.
Any thoughts about where you might have picked it up? |

We haven't been to the Sauna this time. We have played but I think ours is just from generally being in close proximity of crowds of people over here. Could have caught it anywhere. |

We only started getting that lurgy when we used the campsite. We put it down to the campsite showers. Presumably they would be tested for Legionella ? |

Almost certainly tested and not Legionella.....they would be wheeling out the sick and dead by the dozen. Some say it's not bad on the campsite, but warm, damp and dark do encourage virus survival.
It clearly is a very transmissible bug. |

Hi will be arriving at the village for a week this September from the 7th.
Third year in a row and hoping to bump into the great people I have met in the past and to meet new friends.
See you there on a terrace or elsewhere. |

Hi all
We are looking to try and go around 7th Sept. We’ve done a lot of research (by reading other threads and comments etc) and still not 100% where to stay for the best. We looked on Google and typed in ‘Port Nature’ and that returns a large search area. We have seen lots of chat about different clubs, foam party etc etc. so, please may we ask…
Where is the best location to stay in Cap with regard to being close to the best clubs and close to swingers? We notice that Cap boasts an aqua park so one would assume that the area possibly attracts families sometime??? Obviously, we wouldn’t want to be there etc.
Any advice on specific areas, hotels etc where swingers are likely to be please or close to the clubs where the best/most swinging fun can ge had?
Thanks in advance all. |

Don't confuse Cap d'Agde (the town) with the naturist village at the east edge of it. Everywhere within the naturist village is within about a 10 minute walk, so whatever accommodation you choose (Port Nature, Port Ambonne, Port Soleil are the big blocks of apartments, then there's hotels and camp site) won't be far away.
If you're looking at accommodation near the Aquapark, that's probably about a 10 minute drive or 50 minute walk away from the naturist village. |

Heading down from the 2nd until the 6th, can't wait, and the forecast seems to be improving by the hour! 2nd visit ever, with an 7 year gap, the tan just about worn off since the last visit! |
