No Mod is above the rules,..if you think you have a complaint, then report it via the `contact` button at the bottom of the page,...it does little good complaining here, because no-one is aware of what went on or when

You can only get banned for rule breaking.
If you think you have been banned for anything else, then as sugar says, maybe fill out a report from the mods profile and the site owners can see it  |
