Is it possible to show on profiles a summary of mutual contact - or more often lack of contact ?
For example, "you sent 1 message to "username" in last 30 days, they sent you 0 message in last 30 days"
It would be helpful to keep track of who has not replied so that you can delete from your hotlist and not contact them again. I am always a bit nervous of seeming pushy by inadvertently sending more than one message.
If people replied with a "no thanks" this wouldn't be necessary, but for whatever reason, some people prefer to ignore your message.
Other sites do something similar but they are paysites so perhaps mit is pricey.

You know something ? That's probably not a bad idea, you patent it and I'll market it loll
Seriously though, it could be handy because it's easy to forget who you've already messaged and vice versa .. some kind of link 'posts vs username' could be a handy animal, especially to folks who do a lot of posting. Now if I had the options of adding a smiley, it would be a smiling face with a light bulb above it !
Ahhhhh now whilst we're on the subject of smilies ........... ??? |

Local swingers have the very idea of the 'mail sent' thingy at the top of a profile.
It's a dam good idea. Does tell us what single males we've got in touch with haven't got back to us....... reminds us who they were and not to bother contacting them again.
Good Idea I say.....
