Name and shame time wasters?

Hi everyone, I'm becoming increasingly frustrated at the amount of people on here who in my eye's are fantasists. I have arranged a high number of meetings now just to be ghosted or even blocked when they don't show up. I've even travelled to a post code at an arranged time to then be ignored and no address given (obviously I do not set off now without a full address).
What are peoples thoughts on naming these profiles so other members are aware that it might just be a wild goose chase?. |

It's against site rules to name and shame.
The only thing I can suggest is report the profiles to admin - there is a "arranged meet, did not turn up" tick box when you press the report button on profile. It won't guarantee anything will happen or the profile will be taken down but options wise that's about it.
There are a lot of people who seem in love with the fantasy but not the reality! |

What's to stop us from naming and shaming you, even though we've never exchanged a word?
If this is happening over and over again, maybe review you selection and due diligence.

Thank you for the advice. I definitely will not be naming anyone and breaking the rules now I know. |

Block and move on, so many time wasters but we can spot them quite quickly |

That's why we always have a social planned around our day, so if there's a no show we still get to do our thing, wether it be shopping or a meal out.
Luckily everyone we've arranged to meet has shown up but some have cancelled at short notice. But at least they messaged us. |

In five weeks you’ve done really well to get that much initial interest |

And what made them "timewasters" 3 no shows? |

Best way to stop timewasters is to attend clubs, socials and parties.
Everyone there has made the effort to attend.
Whether you have sex is another story but at least you can be seen in your best light.
For 121 meets FAB isn't the best.
Just take into account about 75% are fantasists, delusional, dreamers, lonely, drama queens and damaged, it's really quite sad.
Fine for those who just use forums etc to chat or rant but it's when those who have no intention meeting start to play silly buggers and waste people's time.
We've had some great 121 meets from FAB but takes time to out the fruitloops.
Good luck. |

I'd suggest that isn't anywhere near enough time to do due diligence so you may want to have a think about your way of going about things |

I've been ghosted twice, blocked etc and started getting prank calls, I've learnt to be more sensible and not give my number out and offer to meet for a social first, if they don't turn up I'd happily have a few beers on my own |

A rating system would be good where you can like/upvote a profile. No negative votes though because anyone could abuse it. |
