They don't report the specifics of their security measures, as it would give away trade and security secretsz making it easier for scammers etc to work around them.
But Fab will investigate every report of inappropriate behaviour, including abuse. If you report all of the profiles add abuse, they'll take a look  |

Business internet usually do have static ip's.
Home internet generally is dynamic ip. You would have to ask and pay extra for a static ip.
So generally most households can just restart the router and then have a new ip.
Which is why banning ip's isn't viable.  |
