	We stayed here not long after the doors opened and were absolutely blown away by it. It's absolutely stunning inside - clean, bright and decorated to very high standards. The playroom as well was brilliant, with some very hot fun taking place - we recommend the stocks ;) To top it all off through, Barb and Dave are fantastic hosts. They made our stay at Avant Garde better than we could have hoped for. We've booked again for February and can't wait to be back! Date: 27 November 2022

	We recently stayed at Avant Garde and have got to say wow Barb and David are superb really friendly they Can't do enough for you, the bar is superbly stocked and very reasonable prices. 	I’ve had the pleasure of being a guest at Barb and Dave’s hotel quite a few times now. Always greeted with such a warm welcome and getting now to know the fabulous staff. The bar area is planned out well and generally has a real good vibe to get you in the mood and music that’s not too loud, but just right to have great conversation. This hotel is clean to the highest of standards. It’s welcome ,warmth and genuinely vetted guests draw me back every time that I’m in Blackpool.. I’ve had the pleasure of being a guest at Barb and Dave’s hotel quite a few times now.

Always greeted with such a warm welcome and getting now to know the fabulous staff.

The bar area is planned out well and generally has a real good vibe to get you in the mood and music that’s not too loud, but just right to have great conversation.

The playroom is one of the best I’ve seen for a long time, ultra clean, well equipped,warm and modern.

	Stayed recently and the hotel is superb as Barb and Dave are too. They even bought in my favourite drink of choice. There was no need for me to venture out as I was made to feel very welcome Bed was very comfy and I had a very good night's sleep albeit not a full 8 hours as the basement play room was brilliant Will very much be my goto hotel when staying in Blackpool Date: 22 November 2022

	We started visiting this stunning place as non residents on a Friday and Saturday night.On our first visit there we was absolutely amazed at the standard that Barb & Dave have created with this beautiful place we found it to be warm welcoming and had the total wow factor from the moment you walk in the door. The bar and dance floor are super clean and welcoming and looks like something out of a magazine. Then you get shown the the play rooms as you walk in it’s literally a jaw dropping moment if you have ever seen the Netflix program build a sex room you would think that they had been and created it, it is that astonishing which we had the pleasure of using on our second visit (paint brushes at the ready lol) Our last visit there we actually stayed for the week end and the rooms are just as nice as the rest of the place. Good size comfortable beds a lush shower and decorated beautifully. Now for the hosts themselfs just wow such a genuine couple who will make you feel welcome from the moment you get there. 	Been here a good few times now. Barb and dave are awesome. The hotel side is very clean, comfy beds, warm rooms and lush showers. The bar has a very good range of drinks at good prices. The breakfast has a great selection of cereal,cakes,crumpets,toast etc. Theres a great play room downstairs which is clean , relaxing and inviting. Been here a good few times now. Barb and dave are awesome. The hotel side is very clean, comfy beds, warm rooms and lush showers.

The bar has a very good range of drinks at good prices.

The breakfast has a great selection of cereal,cakes,crumpets,toast etc.

Theres a great play room downstairs which is clean , relaxing and inviting. Already booked in for 3 weekends in December already. Honest it's the best place we've stayed in , in a very long time x

Firstly we have known them for eight years and they are our besties and always will be. They have embarked on a venture to give something to swingers that isn't in abundance else where. Their hotel Avant Garde in Blackpool is totally amazing having bought this ailing property they have invested their time and patience along with funds to create a stunning venue that has to be visited to appreciate what they have. Our room was stunning comfortable bed and nicely decorated and Barbs attention to the finer details amazing. The bar area is plush and cozy and welcoming. The playrooms are fully equipped with a cross, benches, beds and lots of toys to make your evening fun and exciting. The hosts have personality and Dave always has a cheeky smile to give you. If your wanting a different experience when visiting Blackpool then contact Avant Garde if you are a verified swinger and try it for yourselves. 	We have stayed at this hotel on a couple of occasions now and to be honest it's the only place we would ever stay in Blackpool,hosts are a cut above the rest so friendly and they cannot do enough foe you, the rooms are impeccably clean and the play rooms are of the same high standard, we will be back again and again and have already booked in for Christmas and NYE parties. Dave and Barb are an amazing genuine Couple and regard them amongst are closest friends even after only knowing them a short time. The hotel is kept spotlessly clean and the beds really comfortable and we've always had a great nights sleep. There is a fully equipped playroom if your pleasure where you will not be bothered by others if you don't want. We don't feel the need to leave the hotel in the evenings because the hotel has everything you need to have a great time.
