Dave and Barb are simply in a different class for hosting what was an amazing party at the weekend. 	We had a lovely night at this fabulous place for a private birthday party. The bar area is lovely and decent size. The play rooms downstairs are very tasteful and well maintained lovely couple of couches to watch if that’s your thing. We are very much looking forward to going back again in the near future. 	We attended the private event last night. And was made to feel welcomed as soon as you entered. The place has stunning decor and playrooms to suit all and every taste. This is the new kid on the block in Blackpool and look forward to another visit sometime soon. Date: 2 January 2023

	As a swingers club we virtually never ever leave reviews for other swingers establishment but.... in the case of Avant-garde & Dave & Barb & the whole team at the avant-garde we feel compelled to leave a review. We were fortunate enough to attend a private party on new years day and had the pleasure of stopping in one of the classy ultra clean rooms that all have en suits. The bedroom was literally the best we have ever stayed in Blackpool and we recommend the avant-garde with this 5 star review that they thoroughly deserve xxx The bar is beautifully done and with Dave & Barb running it your sure to have a cracking night out. Daves a warm lovely man that will do anything to help you who has naughty cheeky sense of humour & Barb is a beautiful lovely lady that looks after everyone and makes sure everything is perfect for your stay, just simply the perfect team & couple to run a swingers hotel. The open playrooms are spotless & very well designed and kitted out with play beds dotted about which we enjoyed using a number of times through out the night, would have been rude not too. In the morning they even put on breakfast for everyone after a late night, we went to bed a 5 am so we doubt they had much rest inbetween breakfast. This shows just how much work & pride they put into you enjoying your stay. 	Have stayed here twice now and as always this place is brilliant! Spotless, well decorated and the owners truly make the place! 	What can we say about this wonderful venue that hasn't already been said! We do know we highly recommend this most welcoming of venues to anyone who wants to stay in Blackpool. Breakfast in bed on the Saturday was a real treat and we really enjoyed the onsite play room on the Friday evening. Hopefully look forward to another visit in 2023. Date: 19 December 2022

	I stayed at Avant Garde on Saturday. I've stayed in quite a few places in Blackpool and this hotel is far and away the best. Dave and Barb are excellent hosts. A lovely friendly welcome and guided tour before introducing me to the other guests which, for a single guy, made for a great, inclusive atmosphere. My room was spotless, very comfortable and well equipped (tea/coffee, soap, shampoo, telly, wardrobe space, power sockets, hair dryer). Nice shower with piping hot water. Comfy bed and pillows. The continental breakfast hit the spot too with a choice of cereal, yoghurt, crumpets, toast, pastries, muffins and fruit juice. Didn't get use the playrooms this time but maybe next time. 	Came to Avant Garde and had a really warm welcome from our hosts, Barb and Dave - we were shown to our lovely room, clean, classy and rather glamorous! They have a well stocked, reasonable bar with modern seating and down in the basement they have some very naughty playrooms! An amazing place to stay, all rooms are clean, well presented and Dave and Barb are fabulous hosts, nothing was too much trouble. 	We stayed here not long after the doors opened and were absolutely blown away by it. It's absolutely stunning inside - clean, bright and decorated to very high standards. The playroom as well was brilliant, with some very hot fun taking place - we recommend the stocks ;) To top it all off through, Barb and Dave are fantastic hosts.
