	Not been in for a while, but must say that the club looks fantastic and very classy, love what Col has done to it. The staff are great and very helpful, and everywhere was spotless. Don't understand the negative reviews that get put on, all clubs have equipment that go wrong from time to time, and sometimes can take a few days to get fixed, it can happen to your appliances at home. 	To the valued customer a few reviews below . As the manager I do care , that's why the club has gone through a major refurbishment !!! As you mentioned the ripped bed , well tonight I have had to ask at least 3 ladies , got to say very sexy !! To take theire shoes OFF ! The jacuzzi is working and must say it's been a week or two , I will apologise for the inconvenience . But it's been the talk off the club as only 5 ppl used it all night . As a customer said tonight , no matter what I do I will never make everyone happy . All we can do is our best and as the majority off the reviews say we are doing what we set out to do . 	Have visited this club on many occasions over the last year. Each time I have been very impressed with all the staff behind the counter. However must give a big mention to Leanne, Kim, Alan, Rob and Collette who always remember my name and make you feel very welcome with their friendly manner and excellent service. As a naturist swinger i was made very welcome from the first night. Mark and Claire you are not forgotton and thanks for the chats at the counter and excellent customer service. 	I visited Cipids again this weekend and had a great time. The atmosphere was brilliant and I met some really nice people. The hot tub wasn't working, but i dont go to a club for a bath, although i must say the sauna was very steamy!!!! If its your thing, I am sure the tub will be fixed soon but don't let it spoil your evening - I didn't!! This club is a must do and i look forward to visiting again very soon. Date: 22 October 2012

When we arrived we were very nervous! we went up the stairs to be greeted by a guy, where he took our money and gave us a key.We then got changed and went into the club (thought someone might have shown us round as we did say we had not been before).We had a walk round and got lost a few times, our first impression was very nice and busy. But as the night went on we noticed a very tight click at the bar so much so had we just arrived we would not have known who was bar staff and who was not ? We really struggled to get served our own drinks due to the staff being in what we could only describe as party mode and on one occasion the blonde girl behind the bar was just rude (sorry for interrupting your night out and stopping you from chatting up the guy at the bar and also smoking in the room behind the bar). We stayed for the strippers up to the point where there were just 4 girls at the bar pi**ed out of their heads and the blonde girl from behind the bar started to dance on tables (obviously a few worse for wear herself by now). We were not dissapointed with the club itself it was clean well laid out and not at all seedy as we had first imagined a swingers club to be. But that said they really do need to sort the staff out as we were not the only people to comment on it ! could be a good place once these problems are ironed out. We will not be back any day soon but will keep a eye on the review section to see if this review stays on and over the coming months the management get a grip of the staff, it was our night out but was hijacked by the staff and all there friends. Real shame!!! Rant over and Nathan dont let people ever stop you giving your opinion had it not have been for you we would have still thought we had done something wrong when we left our last review. The jacuzzi hasn't worked for a little over a week, cut Colin a bit of slack he works damn hard to keep the club in tip top condition and he has a brilliant staff that do the same.
