	Cant say enough good things about bghs but agree with the last reviewer the first thing that springs to mind is how am i gonna manage the stairs as the introductory tour is done at such a speed could do with being at a more relaxed pace. Date: 29 July 2013

	Our first visit to BGHS on couples only nights and we'll def be coming back. Everything is just right, superb spa facilites, jacuzzi's, cool pool, sauna etc and showers, clientele and unobtrusive friendly staff. Lounge, snack bar and chill areas very relaxing, but the Rest (play) Rooms are just fab - with lots of 'activity' in private rooms or open areas. We had lots of fun ! Complaints - None really, the first timers tour could have been at a more relaxed pace. And it would be nice to be able to have a glass of wine and a smoking area, but hey-ho, this is place is marketed essentially as a 'Health Spa' !! Date: 29 July 2013

	Absolutely marvelous venue; only been once - so far, most certainly will be going again - but it was clean & tidy, with a great atmosphere, and expedient service. The relaxation rooms are particularly good, and the spa area itself is equal to that which one might expect to find at a high-end hotel. I could not recommend it more highly. Date: 27 July 2013

	Went to BGHS on Sunday for the first time with friends and really glad we did. The staff are friendly and helpful making you very at ease. The spa is very clean in all area's including the play area's. The other users of the spa are friendly making this a nice place to visit. We had a fantastic time and we will be going again. 	Had been plucking up the courage to go to Bghs and thank God we did. The place is great with an amazing chilled out atmosphere. The staff are brilliant and you always feel safe. Wasn't expecting to play with our sexy couple on our first visit but so glad we did and chilled out in the solarium. 	Great club, very clean and professional. Lots of floors to play on/in. Lockable rooms, non-door rooms, gangbang rooms, adjoining rooms, tiny rooms, spacious rooms, open plan terrace area with mats on the floor (indoors), open place outdoor sun terrace, Jacuzzis, sauna, steam, plunge pool....just about everything you want in facilities.....all types of people there and all sort of preferences. I've been there with girlfriends, fuck buddies and as a single male.....always made welcome. Enjoyed the combination of steam rooms, pools and saunas and had a great time watching a young couple fucking in a playroom while she played with some onlookers. There were the usual fat old sad blokes ( and I know I will be one ....but not yet!) all pushing to get some action. I just sat and watched and was delighted to be asked to join in. Whoever the slim blond was with the small tits and gorgeous body ; you were fantastic and made me feel 18 again. I have never seen one woman make so many guys cum! In the basement a couple of nice saunas, steamrooms, hot large and small tubs, an eight-person Jacuzzi, small pool. Ground floor: pleasant coffee/food bar and lounge area, TV room. The second floor has a set of banquettes, natural light and an outside area. Beyond the door on the first floor is the action: a warren of various sized restrooms, a mirrored stage area, and an open rest area. The staff tend to stay out of here, unless they notice a lot of loiterers in the corridors. There's also a massage room. The only criticisms I have of the place is they've not bothered to put in water fountains or even clocks or timers in the basement, which means you have to trudge upstairs to hydrate or find out how long you've been in the sauna. If you're a couple and looking for other couples, the best time to go is Saturday and Sunday evenings. If you want single men, you'll probably find most of them on Friday evenings, and Saturday and Sunday afternoons. There are couples there at those times too. If you're not sure what you want, go on Saturday and Sunday mid-afternoon and stay on after the single guys are kicked out. Increasingly I've noticed the men there are more likely to be bi, or at least bi-curious, and I've met several gay men there recently who are tired of gay saunas. If someone is too pushy or otherwise oversteps the boundaries, you must be clear with them. But the sort of inexcusable behaviour that one of the posters here mentioned is thankfully very rare. I went expecting to meet a Fabs friend there, so possibly a slightly different experience to if I had just gone completely solo and "winged it", but I had a great time. Other than that the staff were very friendly. There were single guys around, were not too obtrusive until we went upstairs and at one point opened the door to our ridiculously hot rest room, and one came in, shut the door behind him and locked it. We politely asked him to leave, but there were another four outside all peering in as the door opened. Not particularly nice. Rest rooms could do with some cleaning spray and paper towels. We went this Easter Monday and got "latched onto" by a particularly annoying guy from the moment we entered. In the jacuzzi, he put his leg over our laps. We pushed it gently away. Then again. The third time we pushed it hard away to make our point, and he exploded, pushing his face into ours and swearing at the top of his voice. So we made a complaint to the management. Was he thrown out? No, they explained he was a "good customer" who came 3 to 5 times a week. So we left, haing paid £30 for less than a half hour. Date: 2 April 2013

Can't fault the staff, they are extremely friendly and happy to help. The wet rooms downstairs are well maintained and perfectly adequate temperaturewise for a few hours of relaxing.

We have to say that the habit of single men staking out rooms was weird, actually quite comical to watch them eyeing up everyone who went into the rest room area. We just waited until after 6 when they mostly went.

This club is so relaxing it was a perfect venue to start with. The staff are fantastic and exceptionally professional - the saunas, spa's baths and Jacuzzis are well looked after and great temperatures. There is some building work going on which limited the number of playrooms - but that did not stop our enjoyment on the night, and you wouldn't know if you hadn't been told. Having a no alcohol policy ensured no idiots were in attendance, which kept us at ease throughout our evening. The only fault we could find was the lack of 'cleansing materials' in the playrooms - there were bins in each room, but nothing to wipe the cushions with. Date: 11 March 2013
