	We are finding Sundays are a great time to visit here. Couples Only after five, so people start turning up then. Great to relax in the hot spa, the very hot spa, and the cold pool. Choice of saunas, smaller and big. Then upstairs to the "rest" rooms (no rest for the wicked) where you can watch, be watched, or swap as you feel. As summer is ending, outdoor naturism naturally ends so where better than a naturist spa. Come and warm up in more ways than one :) K&A Date: 8 September 2013

	At long last - visited BGHS with a lovely man a couple of weeks ago. The place is spotless and very well attended. We got there around 7.30pm and there were couples, singles etc. Met some lovely people in the bubbles, enjoyed a really good time too. Would highly recommend this place, which is not full of `cliques' and people who obviously know each other. It is primarily a naturist spa, so you do have to wear a towel or robe in the public areas, but this is a small price to pay for such a lovely, clean, friendly place to meet like minded souls. 	The best time to go here as a couple is weekend evenings after 5pm when the wankers have all been kicked out and the whole place is Couples Only. It's a proper naturist place so you strip off immediately, clothes go in the locker, before you go in. Having said that, you have to wear towels in the first area which is the lounge and cafe section, which we found unusual. The rest of the place is towels off. (The staff are all attractive young ladies who remain fully clothed, so there's a CFNM fantasy right there! And for the ladies, no fully dressed men ogling you) Downstairs is a proper Roman spa with pools, hot tubs, steam rooms, in a proper Roman setting. Everyone is relaxed and friendly and there are no "cliques". Upstairs is the play area, private rooms, and a big Venetian room where you can get 3 couples on the bed or 4 at a push. It also has a fantastic viewing area for the voyeurs. Our fave room is the mirror room (those of you who know Adam will understand) where you can watch yourself from all angles, and watch those who are watching you. We had great fun with another couple who joined us, and with the couples who watched us. The only "down side" if you go on a Sat night is it still closes at half ten, and play stops at ten. Most clubs only get started at that time. However you are in Brighton, so find out who's going where after, and/or arrange a "back to yours"

	Visited BGHS for the first time last with, and on the recommendation of, one of our Fab friends. The feeling you get the moment you walk in the door is that this is a professionally-run 'establishment' (more on that later..). Reception, lockers (which are a good size)/changing and then into the cafe area are all well-maintained although showing a few signs of age maybe. The cafe servery in particular was spotless. BGHS is housed in a Victorian building and this needs to be borne in mind for anyone with health/movement issues going there - the spa/social/play areas are spread over three floors with steep, tight stairs between them. That apart, the general standard of decor and style is very good, but it IS unique and this is what sets this venue apart. It is what we would call 'establishment/old money' in that it is all presented and arranged on traditional lines - specially the spa facilities. If you are looking for the "fibre-glass 22 person type" Jacuzzi this will NOT be the place for you. The baths in this place are the real thing! - the pool being worthy of note here. The play rooms are plentiful, given the limitations on area and there are at least two private, lockable rooms, although we would echo a previous review which mentioned the lack of an 'Invitation Room' which would be welcome especially on non-couples days. The play rooms are what we would call functional rather than opulent, but have plenty of mattresses and pillows (needed for the proximity of the walls!! Lol!) but there is one glaring omission in that there does not appear to be any supply of wipes or sprays to clean up after you've used one. Using our supplied towels was not particularly pleasurable after the second time. The negatives aside, we would still rate this spa as 'Fabulous' thanks to the atmosphere, lack of thumping music and the fact that it clearly attracts a different 'set' to many other clubs. In short, it is a different club experience which is of a high standard and should not be discounted. We're looking forward to our return on a couples night. 	After our second visit yesterday (11/8)we felt we had a fair comparison and able to write an objective review. We have rated it 'fabulous' because it is, but not without its downsides. If you are the type that likes to dress up and be a strutting peacock wanting attention you will not like this place. There is no loud music or drunken people to far gone to do anything, so if that is your style of swinging then avoid at all costs. However, if you like a relaxed atmosphere where it is easy to strike up a conversation with friendly people then you will love it. the best way, we feel to approach this club is with low expectation of play but know that the spa facilities are second to none so a relaxed time to unwind vanilla worlds stresses and strains are assured. Our first time was a Saturday evening when couples only are allowed, and we saw no play and had a friendly chat with a few people but because of the facilities decided we would be regulars anyway. On the second visit it was all day and night Sunday. The atmosphere could not have been more different. I have read and heard that this place does vary a lot in terms of play opportunities and we found this to be true. Although it is not the fault of the club, we found single blokes getting close, staring and wanking when trying to sunbathe and relax disrespectful and completely destroying any thoughts of play that they can take part in. We accept that this is our preference and that there are many others that will enjoy the attention, but from now on we will only attend weekend evenings, which is a shame on the decent blokes that are there as they are missing out on a potential good time because of the few. This place is not at all cliquey, everyone we spoke to and the couple we played with are as fabulous as the club is. The only real downsides of the club are the stairs if you have health issues, and we would like to see a couples or invitation only room in the 'rest area' while there are lockable rooms for our taste we like the randomness that large play areas can induce. We would also like to see a small water dispenser in the upstairs areas, as the spa facilities dehydrate you fast, as does the play :), but if you are on the sundeck then it is two flights of stairs to the lounge, which kills the relaxation mood. 	Visited BGHS for the first time in many years on 12 June. On street car parking was available and I felt safe in the neighbourhood. Premises were fantastic. Staff were welcoming, well trained and enthusiastic. Place was spotlessly clean. Enjoyed the combination of steam rooms, pools and saunas and had a great time watching a young couple fucking in a playroom while she played with some onlookers. There were the usual fat old sad blokes ( and I know I will be one ....but not yet!) all pushing to get some action. I just sat and watched and was delighted to be asked to join in. Whoever the slim blond was with the small tits and gorgeous body ; you were fantastic and made me feel 18 again. I have never seen one woman make so many guys cum! After recharging the batteries met a very nice girl in a very hot jacuzzi where the minx was getting off on a powerful jet. Read my veification if you want to hear more. Drained and exhausted I left. In the basement a couple of nice saunas, steamrooms, hot large and small tubs, an eight-person Jacuzzi, small pool. Ground floor: pleasant coffee/food bar and lounge area, TV room. The second floor has a set of banquettes, natural light and an outside area. Beyond the door on the first floor is the action: a warren of various sized restrooms, a mirrored stage area, and an open rest area. The staff tend to stay out of here, unless they notice a lot of loiterers in the corridors. There's also a massage room. The only criticisms I have of the place is they've not bothered to put in water fountains or even clocks or timers in the basement, which means you have to trudge upstairs to hydrate or find out how long you've been in the sauna. If you're a couple and looking for other couples, the best time to go is Saturday and Sunday evenings. If you want single men, you'll probably find most of them on Friday evenings, and Saturday and Sunday afternoons. There are couples there at those times too. If you're not sure what you want, go on Saturday and Sunday mid-afternoon and stay on after the single guys are kicked out. Increasingly I've noticed the men there are more likely to be bi, or at least bi-curious, and I've met several gay men there recently who are tired of gay saunas. If someone is too pushy or otherwise oversteps the boundaries, you must be clear with them. But the sort of inexcusable behaviour that one of the posters here mentioned is thankfully very rare. 	Well after toying with the idea of going to BGHS for literally years, I finally did. I went expecting to meet a Fabs friend there, so possibly a slightly different experience to if I had just gone completely solo and "winged it", but I had a great time. The staff were friendly and helpful and the facilities generally good. I was pleasantly surprised to see it wasn't completely male-dominated, although the "lurkers" that have been mentioned before were "on duty", which was more frustrating due to the feeling that they were "blocking" a play...sorry..rest room(!) than anything else. Nonetheless I did have fun, and hope to go again sometime soon. Date: 13 June 2013

The spa was fine but the rest rooms had many men lurking with a predatory kind of behaviour...off putting to say the least. We just locked the door with our meet. After the fun I was coming out and guys were just waiting as if they wanted in, to the point you could not move around or come out of the room. We will still go with timings and days in mind. 	Been twice now, had a good time both visits, being a greedy girl the groups of single men wasn't a problem! Lol The changing room is a bit like they forgot about it so just stuffed it in a corridor... strange Wipes or paper towels in the rest rooms would be a nice touch too Will definately go again Date: 27 May 2013
