	Again we had a fabulous time the facilities are great. We always have such a chilled out time with like minded people what a very nice visit. We spoke to and had fun with so many people there this time. Unfortunately had to dash because of a work issue. We had a lot of fun before hand though. Can't wait to go back ASAP. 	I wonderful and relaxing evening in the spa; to the lovely gent who massaged me and rubbed me down and left me feeling so chilled and zoned out; thank you for that. To the lovely guy who give me his spare hair band you were a life saver and a wonderful being. To the rather gorgeous young woman sharing the steam room with me thank you your exit that dragged away the other men and left me to the steam room on my own it was wonderful. Date: 28 January 2022

	Went here over the Christmas period had a great time as a single guy. Definitely worth getting a massage, I think her name was Ruby she done an amazing job. I would like to return on a Sunday night so if there are any females that would like to join me please let me know The facilities are great very clean and the staff make you feel very welcome. 	We had a very nice afternoon at BGHS on 27/12. We’d never been before but we felt very welcome. The signing in formalities we’re easily completed and the “virtual” tour told us all we needed to know. Warm, clean and very comfortable with some pleasant people to chat with. We arrived at 12 and left at 3pm. Would of stayed longer but had other commitments, will definitely be returning and staying much longer next time! 	I’ve fallen in love with this place since I moved just round the corner and it re-opened. I run a lot, so use it for post workout relaxation and rehab mostly, although the company of naked ladies is definitely a perk! I find the facilities and staff excellent and always come away feeling thoroughly relaxed, refreshed and invigorated. I haven’t yet partaken in any upstairs shenanigans. 	Took the opportunity to visit for the afternoon while I was in Brighton, my first visit since the pandemic. Always a pleasure to visit with excellent spa facilities. Nice to see it busier than I expected with all the guys being respectful of the couples who were there. Date: 29 October 2021

	So first time back on Saturday, after all the lockdowns, and we were very impressed with the heightened cleanliness and the "covid safe" procedures in place - which is hard in a place with little external ventilation and with a warm moist environment. 	Great fun! We were a little uncertain of visiting due to some of the reviews online, but after a morning of shopping we are willing to give it a go even if it was for a soak and a coffee. Turns out the bad reviews are not our experience at all! We were greeted by friendly staff who welcomed us. The signage is unambiguous - you know what you should be doing where …. And more importantly what you shouldn’t be doing where!! The spa facilities are top notch - plunge pool, hot tubs, jacuzzi, steam and sauna - all clean, working and fantastic. The playrooms upstairs are a little too discrete for S - who loves an audience. But we overcame that in the big room!!! The people that we met were mostly fun - the sauna conversation about squirting was a highlight!! Some of the single men were a little stalky…. But as usual they were outweighed by respectful gents who were appreciative of S as she put on a show of blowing D. 	Had a great day there yesterday (Tues 5th) facilities as ever clean and well maintained We were there 1200-1800 and were thrilled that there were 3 other couples and a brief glimpse of a stunning looking lady on her own. The single men were well behaved, we had lots of fun putting on a show for the single men :) They seemed to enjoy! Date: 6 October 2021
