8 March Mare Fare Event Details

Event Overview:

Join us for an exciting evening at the 8 March Mare Fare, where Singles (Jockeys) can bid to tame wild Mares in a unique auction format. This event is designed for those looking to connect and have fun in a lively atmosphere.

Participants:

- Jockeys: Single males looking to participate.

- Mares: Female participants (couples) and a Mustang Mare (single female without an owner).

- Owners: Male couples who will present their Mares.

- Auctioneer: Our very own ?? ORGANIZE ?? will guide the auction process

Important Guidelines for Jockeys:

- Interested singles must submit two photos:

1. A silhouette photo.

2. A clear face photo without any head coverings or sunglasses.

- Appearance matters! Please ensure you are well-groomed.

Mare Presentation:

- Owners will cover the Mare's eyes before entering the area.

- The Mare must stay silent during presentation.

- Owners control how many times the Mare is auctioned.

Auction Details:

- Upon entry, each Jockey receives 100 Spicy banknotes for bidding.

- The auction will take place after the presentation of each Mare, conducted by our Auctioneer.

Mustang Mare:

- As a special feature, the Mustang Mare will be presented by the Auctioneer since she does not have an owner.

Event Timing:

- Doors Open:** 5 PM

- Jockey Arrival Deadline:** 6 PM (late arrivals will not be admitted)

- Pairs and Singles Arrival Window:** 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM

- First Mare Presentation:** 7 PM

Location:

- The exact location will be provided upon reservation confirmation.

Capacity:

- The event accommodates a maximum of 8 pairs (Owners and Mares) and up to 35 Single Male
