I'm working from home assembling circuit boards. I do go into the office couple of times a week to take back what I've done & collect some more. At least I don't have to get up as early now. |

Yup still at it. My Furlough starts Wednesday. So fair to say I’m going to be free to chat over the next few months if anyone is interested.
That will be between Home Schooling, binge watching and gaming though so you’ll really have to try and get my attention. |

We consider everyone who has to continue working at this time AMAZING, Mrs J has to go in to work tomorrow as will many, at one point her job was frowned upon as being a unskilled job, but all of a sudden people are waking up and realising how important all workers are, even the little paid ones at the bottom. Thanks to the backbone workers of the uk. Xx |

It's times like these that go to show which companies do not give a flying fuck for the safety and wellbeing of their staff and only care about money
Cunts the lot of them
And this is going on in lots of places |

Tesco put all their staff that come under the vulnerable category on 12 weeks paid leave a couple of weeks ago and I just read that Asda are now doing the same, not so easy for a small company I guess but well done to those that have. |

"We are now closing this week thank god!! Stay safe people
The way I look at it is if a workplace is able to shut down totally for a week + over Christmas and new year they are not an essential service and should close "
Not as straight forward as that for some businesses, ours is applying for furlough payment but we cannot work from home. Therefore taking time to get it sorted. I'm sure it'll come at some point, but much of my work is safety/compliance maintenance. |

Lets hope so
Anywhere that can close should do so to protect their staff and the wider community |

The shop i work is giving 12 weeks pay to those isolating. Those who dont get 2 weeks extra pay at xmas. Half the staff is off so lots of overtime which im happy to do. Hate living alone in these circumstances. |

I can't work due to a disability and I feel guilty for not being able to help at a time when people need it.
If things were different, I'd be doing whatever I could and I bet there are other people out there in the same position. |

You're helping if you're staying in, staying safe and not spreading the virus and contributing to the strain on public services |

"Glad to be still working
Front line too?
Huge amount of respect for those helping others at this time "
I'm only a carer in a residential home, am not a hospital worker |
