"Looking for a gym still open? Or has someone special got home gym I could use?? Thanks for info "
I'm in the same boat mate. I'm hoping that my gym will do a members only thing as it's not a DW kind of gym, we have a little community in there (we all go out for Christmas lunch and owners pays) so I'm hoping the owner will do a key holder type of thing and allow long term users to access it. |

"This is going to be a nightmare "
We've just got to make do
I am going to struggle big time without the gym but will just have to get by with my cross trainer and a few weights at home |

The man only asked a question
He obviously can't go to a gym as none are open
Exercise is an essential part of daily life for a lot of people both physical and mental health wise and a lot of people will struggle more than you think without it
Name calling is a bit off
Try and be kind to people who may be struggling for different reasons during these difficult times, even if it seems trivial to you |

Seems not many here have the first idea when it comes to mental health & wellbeing, its not about compromising others health etc, this thread is about a person wanting to maintain what's important to their own wellbeing. Some places could have been kept open safely but the public couldn't & still can't get the hang of social distancing. Hence draconian measures X |

Too many opinionated people on these pages and I'm sure they wouldn't call me a twat to my face. Happy Sunday guys |

Dont worry mate, we know what you mean and what you're trying to achieve.
As somebody else mentioned, insanity is a great shout for at home cardio and conditioning. |

Got any resistance bands? Fairly cheap on Ebay and the like and can turn a light bodyweight exercise into something pretty heavy.
A pull up bar is always good to have and you can stick weights in a ruck sack to add challenge.
Obviously you'll not be able to smash heavy squats and deadlifts etc but you should still be able to get a decent workout in and hopefully maintain your gainzzzz at least.
Good luck. |

I read homemade muscle by Anthony Arvanakis when I was working abroad and didnt have access to much equipment. I think you only really need a pull up bar.
Alternatively I have the insanity DVD's that I may be able to share elecronically if someone is stuck. |

This
Don’t do 500 reps of goblet squats with a kettlebell and extra heavy resistance band though.
I definitely didn’t do that as part of leg day this week thinking I was compensating for not being able to squat with 120kg like normal. But I can walk now after 3 days |

Think of the muscular endurance you definitely didn't get now though!
And show us your thighs! 120kg is very impressive |
