Bridgend Sunday Evening Social May 17th 6pm

We are planning another evening at a pub in the Bridgend area. The turn out of the last one was amazing. Details of the location will be sent out a day before the event. But it will always be in the surrounding area and close to the M4. The next one shall be on the Sunday 17th May at 6pm.
It's a chance to relax and unwind after a long week and a great chance to meet new people and mingle with amazing friends.
There is plenty of parking and the venue does great food too.
There is no playing at the event or on the surrounding grounds.
D*unken and disorderly behaviour also will not be tolerated.
The dress code is smart casual only. Please respect this as its not a private funtion , its in a public place.
The venue is good enough to reserve an area for us and as such I'd like to have a fair idea of how many people are going to attend. Obviously with this in mind I would like to make sure it's worth the pubs time too. As such I will be implementing a 1 strike rule that if put your name down to attend but you fail to show and give no reason then you will not be allowed to attend future events.
It's too late messaging us after 6pm on the night of the social as the room is already reserved .
PLEASE ONLY ADD YOUR NAMES IF YOU'RE DEFINITELY ABLE TO ATTEND.

To attend you MUST be photo varified or have been on fab over 2 months or a minimum of 2 veries. Please add your name on the forum or you can also PM me.
Anyone new will not get the location till the day of the social and that's once you've confirmed you are definitely attending. If after the location is given and you do not attend you will not be allowed to attend again. Many dropped out last time after the location was given out. We protect the location for a reason. Its to keep those who attend safe and we do not like giving it out to time wasters who have no intention of attending.
Once again DO NOT put your name down if you aren't certain that you will be able to attend. It takes a lot of time and effort sending out the invites and then answering all of the messages afterwards. So, please bear that in mind as we want to keep everything as streamline and stress free as possible
Please DO NOT keep messaging asking for any other Information .

The Bridgend Sunday evening social is on hold until everything returns to normal which could be many months away. Many thanks to everyone and we will keep you posted xx |
