why do you need a bench, just restrain on a bed or put her over your knee, or over the back of a sofa/chair 
For under bed restrint I use bungee cord and carabinas, got mine from poundland. Get some cuffs for wrists and ankles. If you want her arse presented put pillows under her hips
Not many bdsm people have dungeon furniture at home
