Maybe they recognise you and don't want to pursue for that reason, they may be a friend, colleague or neighbour. Who knows? No point trying to work it out really

Dont try work it out we have been blocked by some one we never even spoke to,or had any interaction with just there way of filtering.

Go to group socials let people see you there. There are loads in s wales area.
