Looking at going out tomorrow either in Barry or Bridgend and was wondering if someone can tell me where the best places would be to go out and meet people over 30s.

Near Cowbridge

Bridgend - slim pickings but Nolton Corner, the Coach and the bar on the bridge have my type of crowd. I'm a fussy sod though.
