Both to lose a bit of weight, it just seems to creep upto you as you get older and harder to shift.
Visit new places.
And try to find time to get back into this scene and start becoming more active by attending clubs. |

Yeah, even though it says as much about me as it does them, I've failed already.
In my defence it's not difficult to use, 'to', 'too' and 'two' properly |

Chams in Newport does what is says on the tin.. however I find it‘s always the people who make the night, you can go to any club, and as long as the mix on the night is good, you are in for a good time |
