I have to get this off my chest... I always hear what a discredit to the site single men are, not showing up, misrepresenting themselves etc. But I have to say bu and large single women are no different.
Given the proliferation of single women on the site one would think it would be easy to secure a mutually agreeable meet, uh uh, no such thing.
I'm a verified guy, always show to meets,always respectful and courteous, and to be fair I'm no swamp donkey. Yet single "women" (are they or are they false profiles who can tell) will regularly string a guy along then block for no reason (let me come back to my original comment, I AM ALWAYS COURTEOUS) or just not turn up to meets. Maybe I am being unfair on single women, in the last month I have been let down on arranged meets by no less than 3 couples and 2 single women.
Perhaps I am a minger and I don't realise it, but for gawd's sake, if you are on the site and not playing then surely you should be chucked off, perhaps anyone not verified after 6 months should have their account deleted, I don't know the answer.
Rant over, who fancies a meet (oh god it begins again) |

As a single female I can be messaged upto 30-40 times a day and more than half of those are not what im looking for but if they'd read my profile they would know that, I get upto 15-20 winks a day, and dont get me started on the amount of friends adds I get without even a polite "hiya can you add me just so I can perve your pics?".
And thats from other single fems, guys and couples.
I agree its not just single men who give this site a bad name single women and couples can be just as bad, BUT the majority of the members on this site are single men, and they certainly outnumber single girls and couples by a huge majority which is why most of the moans on here are about single guys.
If you a single guy on here you cant get a meet or your message is removed without a reply, just get over it and remember there are thousands of you on here vying (sp) for attention of the same people.
I do agree though about the non-verifieds, but think they should be removed after a year.

And just to prove my point Ive had 3 messages from a couple and 2 single guys and 2 of them are bi-sexual and none of them sent a face pics! Will I send them a poilte thanks but no thanks NO, if they cant spare a few minutes to read my profile why should I spend time sending them a polite no thanks?

if f,cpl,replied with a no thanks the genuine ones would take it but when theres no reply as the old saying goes try again and thats why single genuine guys keep sending so try saying no thanks insteed of not replying treat others as you would like to be treated. |

sure I take that on board, I understand the weight of nonsense single women have to put up with.
On several occasions I have been told I am what a woman/couple is looking for, had tonnes of chat both phone and email, all to end up stood up it really stinks. I think if there is no "meeting in person" verification after a period of time then they should be kicked off the site. Just a thought |

I agree with the treat others remark, and I would think most genuine swingers do, providing that respect has been received from the messenger in the 1st place.
Swinging is about respect and all genuine swingers will agree with that. But with this being a freebie site you get all and sundry on here and a lot of those wouldnt know respect if it hit them in the eye. |

Then what you need to look at is THEY're verifications, before you contact them, are they meet verified? If they are genuine and then stop all contact with you, then as much as its annoying just delete, block and move on. Simples |

I totally agree what has been said here but at the end of the day this just boils down to old fashioned values..... Treat others with respect be honest and hopefully fun will come out of it. Be open and courteous and treat other like you would like to be treated.
Unfortunatly there will always be clown on any free site but thankfully there are good people on here. My biggest gripe is that if I send a message to someone a polite thanks but no thanks is very much appreciated.
I have things like. Cannot accomodate on my profile. If people ask I can explain why, no not that I'm married and playing away. But people please just be polite and please acknowledge people when they send a message

Unfortunately though Green due to the thousands of clowns on here it wont always happen.
I can be polite and the majority of the time will send a polite No thanks, but even then I've come in for abuse, "why not? Whats wrong with me?" "meet me you wont regret it" or the main one I get after saying no thanks is "well I've just seen your a fat cow anyway".
You cant win either way lol sometimes its just best to just delete or block. |

As a couple, we went through a phase of blocking every single male that looked at our profile... why?
Because of the abuse we got if we sent a "thanks, but no thanks" reply to any unsolicited mail, wink or friends invite.
Some suggested "block all single males", but there are loads on here that we call friends, who we like to chat to and have no problem with.
Yes, there are single females, and couples too, who think they can treat single males (and others !) with distain, but luckily they are few and far between, most on here are pretty good overall.
We like to see meet verifs on a profile, swap some messages, and follow it up by chatting at a social, seems to work for us!

I would like a choice on privacy page to block unverified men women and couples from even viewing my profile . that would stop the nosy burggers pretending to be players.there are great socials where genuine people can go to to meet others and be verified at least your showing who u are ,and not hiding behind your pc screen. |

I dont see it as being arrogant. Just because were on a swingers site doesnt mean anyone should let standards drop and expect some respect regarding personal preferences. I could have just a few brief lines saying what I want, and it still wouldnt get read lol. This site is what it is, and we have an option of blocking or ignoring. I block, and it works for me, and I'd love more blocking options |

Then what you need to look at is THEY're verifications, before you contact them, are they meet verified? If they are genuine and then stop all contact with you, then as much as its annoying just delete, block and move on. Simples "
Checking verifications is def the best way to judge people's standards etc. |

unfortunatley you have to put up with the idiots that doesnt mean the genuin ones should be treated the same so the answer to you people who do not like takeing the time to reply is simple if you dont like what you read block or if you fed up with contact from single males block them all together and be done with it,stay freindly people swining is all about freindship,trust and respect |

BBWs comment about the abuse she has had, especialy the nasty remark of being called a "fat cow" is a typical example as to why there should be a means of reporting these people. so they can be banned from the site. A system should be put in place were abusive messeges can be forwarded to an adminstrator who can take the appropiate action. |

In principle that would be fine but I have seen so many people squabbling in the forums and chat that it would end in carnage!
It's tricky, I have been chatting with a single fem and she has over 500 messages on here. Whilst it is polite to say thanks but no thanks it is impractical to send that many! |

mr licker thats a good sugestion mate totally agree but that still will not make people stop pestering the blocking system is already in place so why not use it,that way it stops now when they get fed up of trying to message they may just leave and go else where so why not give it a go its free |

Noby is correct in what he says but the point I am trying to make is, Yes there is a block button but this does not stop the dickheads sending abuse to someone else. BBw had a very nasty and uncalled for remark. I am sure that she would not want the same abuse sent to any other lady (or man). remarks such as the one sent can and do hurt people. Not nice, not polite and not wanted. God dont I go on. lol |

There is a simple answer to the Verification check, If the site owners were to allow a search criterior that would only pick up fully contact verified people that would help a lot. Then you could look easily for those people and block all who are not. It would not be hard for them to do.

that is all well and good and a great idea... but then how do you get verified as a new user when no beggar wants to search for you. Maybe a time limit on meets is fairer, 6 months with no meeting in person, kick them off |

i thought i would add my 2 pence worth.
having been a single man on here on and off for years my advice is never pester someone ever. go to as many socials as possible show your face and get to know people.
try and go to partys as well .
Also talk in chatrooms non't nag for a shag just talk .just imagine you are in a club talking to people would you go up to a girl and say fancy a fuck?
i've had lots of success on here met some lovley women and have made loads of friends along the way.
be polite and funny (you never know where it will lead )trust me |

unfortunately any one can verify themselves just by having 2profiles using different email addys . I think that everyone should be site supporters and if they don't get meet verified in an allotted time then off u go .and should show their veris if asked by others planning a meet on keep them hidden .I well if asked and id like to meet them |

In a similar vein, we have had someone we did not want to meet responding to forum threads in a clearly " anti us" manner. It's obvious from his responses he is upset because we refused to meet |
