Good stretches are good, failing that a really good chiropractor helped me ( mr swc)

Paracetamol or Brufen when it is screaming agony. An electric blanket to keep the area warm helped me, in bed, on the sofa, on chair at work (buy a single from Argos). And always make sure any car now has heated seats.
