Most people go through times like this in their lives. It can feel very lonely when you do. But there's no need to go through it alone these days.
If you're able to reach out there's plenty of help available. The Samaritans or even citizens advice can help put you in touch with people that can help. There are also on line support groups. |

As mentioned already, contacting a support group can help, if you find actually talking to someone on the phone to be difficult at the mo, but find texting easier, than there are lots of online support groups who do that- social media pages often have good groups, people who can empathise and offer advise, as well.
Never think that what you’re feeling isn’t bad enough to seek support. Everyone experiences things, and copes with things differently. If I cut my hand and a neighbour cut their hand off, they may have a bigger wound, but it wouldn’t stop me being in pain as well. A consultant told me that, when someone confused assaulted me, he said that they may not have meant it, but it still hurt, so I was allowed to be upset.
Sending virtual, healing hugs.

It's a very lonely place feeling low at any time of the year, but at this time it can be even harder. There are lots of listening & helplines out there, dependent upon your particular difficulties, they do help & the hardest part is picking up the phone or telling someone.
