Depends what you're looking for and what you expect. I had a car on finance and within the first week I had serious engine issues and they had wrote the mileage down wrong making claiming on the warranty very difficult...
I wouldn't go there again personally

I went once just after they opened in the morning. The sales staff were all in a huddle licking down their Errols and waiting for victims. It was like a race between them to grab customers the moment they walked through the door. I'm sure they were all very nice but they looked and acted like a bunch of slime balls. I told them I only wanted to spend a couple of grand and they soon lost interest and I safely made my escape. I'd rather be sold a car by Swiss Toni - 'You see, selling a car is very much like making love to a beautiful woman. The body has to be perfect with no signs of wear and tear before laying her out on the forecourt for everyone to inspect her interior' |

Wouldn't buy from there again. Got taken in as a young 20yo just passed my test looking for a new car. Got a good deal on it, it was one of their "specials" they advertised at the time when a high spec car was stupidly cheap and everything else was pricey.
I went there again once and the car I almost bought was £2k more than the car I ended up buying from elsewhere - TCW was 2 years older and nowhere near as nice.
Couple years on and I went again to look to replace my 2nd car. Found one I liked and I asked what the best he could do me on it was. He told me "it's a really good spec" (it was, in fairness) and it was "a really good price"(debatable, alright price, not a really good price) "it won't be here for long at that price, if you come back tomorrow it will probably have gone" (THAT trick!? Alrihht...) and asked if I was going to buy it, i said not until I know what the best deal you can give me is. He said I can't tell you our best price unless I know you're going to buy it. I said I won't buy something unless I know the price and walked out. He pointed to the screen and said there's the price but if you agree to buy it today I could do you a deal on it. What deal, asked I
"can't tell you unless you're going to buy it." Walked out, never been back. |

They've been around for years so plenty of poeople must use them. I'd guess like most high volume sellers they'd be more interested in selling cars than sorting any problems afterwards.
Only been there a few times. The last was years ago got approach almost immediately. Asked if they had a Mazda 5 was told no but they had a Mazda 2 & 3 ... not really what I wanted |

I would never buy a car from them. Overpriced, high mileage. I was looking at a Mini Cooper 65 plate had 72.000 on it price £10,000 I looked around found ron skinner had a Mini Cooper d 32,000 mileage £7899 and have had amazing customer service also threw in free year’s warranty and also give me years mot so would for sure recommend ron skinner |

"Judging by the house the owner has built round the corner from me in West Cross business is booming.... But heard such horror stories from there "
Have you seen his cars with the TCW plates? I don't think he gets his technicians to work on them... |

"Go to Ron Skinners instead much better than trade centre in my opinion they are anyway. "
Everytime. TsW in abercynon you get hounded from the time you go in. The cars advertised are often not in stock |
