Most probably get shot down in flames but shouldn't respect work both ways. You hear women there's no respect from men. But there are afew women/lady's that have zero respect for men. I understand the ratio is more men to women but a little respect is good. Thanks have a great day. |

Respect is all good but single females receive so many messages, of these thousands of messages maybe 10% will be nice and not just copy/paste. 2% of them will be genuinely nice not just hiding behind a well written message.
So as you can imagine it's quite easy for them to generalise and miss out a nice guy worthy of a respectable response.
Even a fem profile with no text of pictures will receive hundreds of messages |

It depends on what you mean by respect.
Our profile clearly states we'll do our own searching for single males so when we get the usual 'Hi message we just ignore it, if you class that as ignorant or disrespectful then so be it.
We don't moan about it, we just carry on browsing to see if anyone catches our eye, if it bothered us we'd just block single males. |

I don't think I've ever received a nasty disrespectful message of a single female in all my time on the site.
Its normally couples or single males that have been shitty when ive given a polite no thanks or deleted the message. |

What do you mean by respect OP? The fact that you say about the ratio, suggests you mean not replying to messages? You haven't elaborated just what it is that makes you feel that you are being disrespected.

I think it's a reality check. I can see from female status that they receive tons of mail a d just have to delete as its unmanageable. Hence, it's not disrespectful if a lady doesn't read or reply to me.
Respect is key from all parties. An easy going attitude also helps greatly.
In over 12 months I've never received a disrespectful message off a woman. I try to be respectful and I find it's always repaid.

If ita not replying. Theres nothing disrespectful about that at all. If Im not looking to play at that time or Im not attracted to that person (especially if the message has no effort at all to it and the profile is crap) then I just wont reply...
If I am, I will... If theres someone constantly messaging even if I dont reply then I block...
Respect is earned not demanded |
