After being in hospital for the last few months one of my closest friends Gladys15 has died.
I was lucky enough to spend time with here before she passed away and I feel very lucky and privileged that I was able to do so.
Life is precious, none of us know what is around the corner.
Dont take those that you love for granted. Tell them how much you need them and love them.
Gladys helped me through some very tough times and I hope I helped her too, even it was just a little.
Going to miss you so much Glad. Love You xxx |

So sad to have lost such a lovely lady , she had become a good friend over the last few years , helped me a lot while I was looking after my best friend , thank you Gladys for all your help and I will miss your company at the caravan , good night God bless x Xxx |

One of our oldest friends on fab who we looked forward to seeing at social events and having fun in chat with.
We are totally gutted and our thoughts will be of the good times xx |

My heart is breaking for my dear friend Gladys. Why do the good alway die young xx Gladys was always there for me and help me when I had my operation and her kindness I will never forget. I hope I support her as well. Life will not be the same without her and I will miss her terrible. Gladys was one strong lady and my heart goes out to her family. Rest in peace my dear friend xxx till we meet again

So very sorry to here this Bubbs. Gladys was a great lady and one great mover. Always loved to see her on the dancefloor shaking her thang. RIP my lovely...

Memories galore with gladys...all bring a giggle n smile to my face..socials..parties..chams..camping..when she lost FOD and i had to ask my 15 yr old son " have u seen gladys prosthetic arm" to the casual reply .."its in the cupboard by the sink" ..my partner in crime when on the scene but off the scene..a friend -a proper friend that had ur back and a heart of gold ..you gonna be missed terrible ..sleep tight cheryl xxx

How very, very sad! Loved Gladys to bits after meeting her at party about ten years ago, and then bumping into her at various socials over the years. One of the good ones, sadly taken way too soon. Rest In Peace, Cheryl xxx |

Omg.. ive just heard about this sad news. Cant believe my old friend is no longer wizzing round the streets of bridgend. I have many fond memories of her which i will cherish. Rest in peace hun and party hard with the angels xx |

Thank you to everyone for your kind words and messages, it means a lot.
They just confirm what we all already knew that Gladys was a wonderful lady.
A few of us from Fab got to say goodbye to her yesterday.It was a glorious sunny day which was very fitting for Glads.
