he next swansea Social
will be on Saturday 29th june in Morriston area .
It's in a private function room, closed to the public.
it will run from 7.30-late
Entrance fee is £2 per person.
There will be a raffle and dj.
This is a social evening, and there will be NO PLAYING AT ALL on the premises, anyone found playing etc, will be asked to leave the premises and banned from future swansea Social's.
As this is a social event dress code is smart/casual dress.
Only people with at least one veri from someone with 3 or more verifications will be able to attend. Please message if you can't turn up .
All detail's will be sent out a week before.
Look forward to seeing our regular's and meeting new pplxxxx
P.S THERE IS A LIMIT OF PPL IN FUNCTION ROOM . SO WHEN I ADD YOU TO THE LIST AND I HAVE TO TURN PPL AWAY . IT'S NOT NICE WHEN PPL DON'T MESSAGE TO SAY THEY CAN'T MAKE IT . SO SOME MISS OUT . PLZ MESSAGE IF U NOT GOING TO MAKE IT AND GIVE SOMEONE ELSE A CHANCE TO COME.ANYONE WHO DOESN'T MESSAGE FROM NOW ON WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO FURTHER SOCIALS !!!!!!!  |

Hi can you tell me if there are any socials or clubs in Swansea that I could go to on the 22nd June please I love older women 60 plus but this is not a must also wheelchair access would be required thank you x |

Anyone offering a ride to the social from Newport will be contributing to the fuel ? If no
I’m offering a lift to the social from Newport got 6 spaces but their will be terms and conditions if you like to know what the terms and conditions are please private message me lol

Sorry guys but due to very low numbers I'm gonna have to cancel Swansea social on 29th june . Last few socials have had lowish numbers so if this continues for next one I'm gonna cancel Swansea social all together for this year. I have to pay for dj and the function room so need the ppl to attend to pay for it . Hopefully things will pick up . If there are any reasons why this has gone so low please let me know so I can try change things thank you xx |

Sad to read this. Many a good night at Swansea social.
I personally think it’s location but the scene at a whole has been quiet.
Maybe it’s just people have changed. Plus there are a lot more options for different types of social these days.
I hope it’ll return soon. |

Why have all the localish ie Swansea Neath Caerphilly social's disappeared, well nevertheless it's nice to see that the Swansea daytime social is continuing. |

Just a thought...
Why not try doing them every 6 months?
That way people wont get bored of socials!
Or even speak with the other organisers and have 1 social going on a month.
As some months there is a social going on every week.
We have never been to Swansea social so cannot comment on the venue or anything.

Why not try doing them every 6 months?
That way people wont get bored of socials!
Or even speak with the other organisers and have 1 social going on a month.
As some months there is a social going on every week.
We have never been to Swansea social so cannot comment on the venue or anything.

We organise the Carmarthen Social's and whilst they had a rickety start they are running with a 100% attendance,but we are covering a large geographical area |

Been to them before and as newbies at the ‘social’ we were promised we’d be introduced to other new people
Lots of nervous couples sat about and no intro .. tried a few times to chat but shouting over a wannabee fat boy slim is not great
People come in their groups and stick to them
Needs some sort of ice breaker
