Is there a need for a swingers club in North Wales?

We have been thinking about this for the past 4 years about having a swingers club here in North Wales. We have never achieved this goal due to the mass of planning and having the right location and premises to start this business up! My partner and I have been thinking more about it this past few months, we have been researching the location and we have found a potential site for the club but before we get the ball rolling we want to see how many people would be interested in attending the club if it would open its doors here in North Wales. We are in the middle of creating an online survey to see how many people would attend and how much they would be willing to pay for membership, once the survey is up and running we are willing to send it out to whoever asks to fill it in for us. We would like the support of the local swingers and our swinging friends that we have here in North Wales. Twisted & Wonders |

How about buying Pennant Hall and reopening it? Considering the old owners did zero promotion on Fab, it was still pretty popular before it ran down.

We have thought about that already but there wasn't much parking spaces available on site, the place also needed a lot of work doing to it as well. We have seen a premises that is near to the A55 and is within distance to bus and train route. The location is within close proximity to the Llandudno area |

If it's a good club people will also travel and being North Wales there is plenty of accommodation reasonably priced to accommodate. |

Maybe some of the closed pubs would be ideal venues. I use to go to La Chambre in Sheffield that was a converted pub. The old cellars were ideal dungeons. Pubs also have large car parks |

There really is a need for a swingers club, especially with themed parties.
I met some great couples & ladies at Pennant. Although going as a single male was never easy as most single men appeared to be treated as pests, like wasps round a jam jar.

Sounds like a much needed venue. I don't know if I'd visit, as I need discretion and it sounds like it might be too local, ironically, but I'm sure you will do a roaring trade. I'm sure that you would also be able to attract people from outside the area with the right theme events. |

We would definetly go to a local club that is ran properly , we went to pennant a few time's but were disappointed just full of men,B was the only woman there and she felt uneasy and uncomfortable, they were just following us around every where not nice |

If it could be open by Easter (when we're visiting) that'd be great 
Seriously, it might be worth reaching out to some of the other club owners - from posts I've seen on here and when we've visited them, they've been very generous with their time and advice. They'll almost certainly tell you things you aren't aware of, and help you get a better handle on the numbers.

I would certainly visit and support a club in North Wales, miss Penant Hall so much. It was clean and safe and so much fun. I was a regular. Please keep us all posted. Good luck and sincerely hope you can get this off the ground.

North Wales really could do with this as there are so many genuine and horny swingers in the area, never visited pennant hall myself but the venue had reputation and interest just by word of mouth. I believe for us in N.Wales the nearest club would be Townhouse. Not had chance to fill out the survey as yet...but will. Hoping for themed nights if successful such as greedy girls, bi day ect. And some glory holes would be amazing |

I’m local from the LL30 area I would support the club. If you go ahead with it. I’d only be to happy to help out. Painting, Mopping Up. Brushing/Hovering Running around in the Car and collecting items for the club. You know what I mean.

Think this is a great idea. Considering that North Wales is one of the most popular tourist destinations in the U.K. with all it’s attractions it would be a success based on word of mouth alone.

A big thank you to all those for responding to our forum, please keep them coming. We have today looked at a unique property, of which, after a serious face lift and a lot of planning, may be ideally what we are looking for. We will keep you posted with our progress but can't stress enough to keep those responses coming in. |

Rather than call it a swingers club, something along the lines adult themed club or similar.
One part could naughty, dress flirting etc, the another part should people who wish to take it further...
Themed nights are important, cost, and expectation v reality. |

Yes, it was, very run down unfortunately. However, we may have found an ideal property that we can hopefully acquire, though also needing extensive works to make into a club, it has a lot of potential over two floors, having an hotel close by, close to the A55 and a massive carpark in very close proximity. |

I'm positive on that one, there will be bi nights at least once a week, as these are very popular in other clubs. We would try to cater for everyone's taste, whatever it may be. |

Survey done, i would imagine most potential attendees do not look at the forums, so your survey would only catch around 20% of potential customers, so it's looking very good for a new club in the area, I would love to help out in any way i can, I build wooden furniture! Good luck, D x |

As previously quoted above the building requires extensive renovations and to be purchase as subjected to surveys and outline planning permissions from the local authority before it can be turned into a club |

I'd say there's a definite need. Especially one after the demise of Jack's that offers Bi evenings. Also there's the Chester and Shrewsbury catchment are to think about who will pay to come. |

Thank you everyone for your support and giving your requirements of what you would like to see within the club. As there is still folks asking after the survey, we are paying to keep it running for another month.
We are going for another viewing tomorrow with the intentions of having plans drawn up, to present these to the council for outline planning consents before purchasing the properties and gathering the required finance for the buildings renovations. |

Hi there, Yes, great party and some really lovely people, just a shame we had to leave early as had to drive back home. We really enjoyed the party, taking a break from things is a good stress buster, I wish I had known about the jacuzzi though, I would have brought a towel. LOL

Hi and thank you for your support, we agree, it is a bit of a trek to the nearest clubs and does put a bit of a downer on facing the long drive there and home again after. Hopefully, with enough continued support and suggestions from folks, we can get our project off the ground and make it something really special for those in and around north Wales.

That is what we are trying to provide, also, with the help of other swingers, the club will contain a good and fair selection of their wishes. Instead of a club that is designed by two swingers, it will be by many. |

Thanks again, no further news to add at present, we have been to the properties again to take further measurements to add to the plans. We are still collating information from those that have done our survey as to what folks would like to have in their club, so though progress may be slow at present, things are still being done in the background. We really miss Pennant Hall. Made some good friends there. It mattered not weather it was busy or quiet. It was a very chilled out club, very relaxing & horny when the moment arose.It would be really great to see it re-open. The hot tub was amazing. Pennant was only a few miles away. Townhouse is the nearest to us , but it’s 50 odd miles away. |

It is a fact that Pennant, being the only club in North Wales, is being sadly missed by a considerable number of like minded people. As it happens, we have found a property near Colwyn Bay that would accomodate a club and hotel. The property needs a total makeover so unfortunately will take time but by our survey, we are finding out what folks would like to see in a brand new, purpose built club. T&W |

We understand that problem only to well, getting past Queensferry is like entering a no - man's land for swingers, there only resolve being dogging sites where there is no control and little safety for those there. Since the closure of Pennant Hall we have been looking for a suitable replacement which we believe we have now found so it all rests now in the hands of the planning departments of Conwy cbc.
