Planning an evening social at a bar in the Pontypridd area on Thursday 4th of April from 7.30pm
Details of the location will be sent out a day before the event but the venue will always be close to public transport and parking in the Pontypridd area. This is to keep the location safe from time wasters.
To attend you must either be photo verified or have been on fab over 2 months. If you are bringing a plus one they also must fall under these rules and you must let us know in advance.
This is a strictly social gathering. No play at all in the venue also be mindful not to draw to much attention to the group.
Please only add your names if your definitely able to attend and let us know if you can’t make it. With time and event success a strike system will be added to avoid time wasters. This is so we can keep an eye on the numbers and keep the location safe.
To attend you MUST add your name on the forum. You can also PM me on the day of the social till 5pm this is when the list will be closed.
Please make sure your filters allow me to send you the details.

Lol. I get why that can be confusing but it is run by myself and my partner and should have references it was myself who was helping organise it. My bad  |

Just over 2 weeks to go till this social now and we cant wait to see all the lovely people who have put their names down so far.

Not sure of the etiquette here and truely dissapointed as it was to be my first social but can’t those who expressed an interest in meeting just pick a pub on the 3rd and turn up .iappreciate all the effort by the organisers but as they are deleting the account after graciously making sure we all knew is this disrespectful? I honestly don’t know how these evenings work so no offence is intended just curious .if I am out of order be gentle in your replies . |

I can assure you, this decision was very hard to make and it’s always best to be honest with people. Making sure people who happened to have their names down no that they will be deleting their account is better than just vanishing. Sometimes personal things do happen to get in the way and it falls out of their control. This couple have been on the site for years and no a lot of people and are very well liked.
As for someone picking a pub and people just turn up is not that easy. You will need to see if a section can be reserved, as you certainly don’t want members of the public sitting next to a load of swingers, that certainly isn’t the done thing.

Thank you for your support.
It wasn't an easy choice to make. The hours that I work and the time that will go into would mean the event would have been sub par and not well organised which is not what I wanted.
