I disagree with training hard,Though obviously it works.I think this would be short lived and soon the dieter would turn to the comfort of an armchair and the biscuit barrel for comfort..There's no quick fix...It's all about will power.Eat sensibly,cut down on booze,spend less time sitting down and walk 'alot' This will shift the pounds.Adopt a healthy lifestyle and stick to it. |

A healthy diet plus the gym 5x a week I lost 5 stone in 10 months
Obviously it may not work for everyone. Same as some people swear by slimming world but I would never lose anything eating all those high carb meals. Different strokes for different folks and all that |

Awesome work on the weight loss..
As others have said, it's all about a continuous effort. I've done some training, but the six months I've really gone for. There is a huge difference in my size and shape now.
But it's all about how you feel, and how you want to look. I'm alot more hornier all the time and I have so much more energy now. Keep up the good work |

Sexercise is a very good addition to a good exercise plan. Ive always been a yoyo dieter but am now enjoying life and having a good weight loss result every week because finally, I 'want' to loose weight (i've always needed too but wanting to is different). Best of luck hun.X |
