I was lucky enough too understand my trigger which brought on my anxiety.. I still suffer from time to time.

The only advice I can offer is be strong and take some you time!

Work on living with it and how to gain control.

Remember you’re not alone

Try to find time for activities you enjoy. Gym, reading, watching a film go for a run.

Mindfulness is really good. Google it. There may be courses run in your area.

I do well if I have to focus on something complex. There are free online courses for things like coding or designing websites. It really helps distract the brain.

Also....knitting lol. It’s recognised as easing anxiety.

I’m told that yoga and meditation are really helpful. But I find I’m too tense to do them.

West Wales and Cardiff

Fresh air and exercise, as Miss P said.

The thing I’ve learnt (from a book) is that fighting anxiety is pointless and counter-productive. Fighting fear just piles on more fear.

The best thing is to just accept you’re anxious, it’s ok to feel that way, and it will pass.

Jogging / running works for me. If you haven’t tried anything like this download couch to 5k it definitely takes ur mind off stuff and makes u focus on the task at hand
