It would be, but in a weird way, I think Banksy wouldn’t mind. He (or she!) would probably see it as a statement about society, the fragility of art etc. Almost part of the process. |

Exactly my thoughts last night during that rain, would be so similar to the shredded picture thing. He /she doesn't view the art form as a lasting thing, the transience is part of the art. It's the thinking behind the art piece that makes it more meaningful & exciting X |

Have you seen the guy who makes sand circles on beaches in West Wales. Utterly stunning - and the tide washes them away in hours.
It’s a similar ethos, I think. |
