Online Cam Work

Hoping someone can help with some advice on this one.

I want to set up an online cam site for myself and play partners. As an amputee, I've done a little 'research' and there is definitely a market for this type of fet.

Anyone have any idea how I can go about setting up?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
