You do have to stand out, the fact you don't accommodate will go against you but not completely doom you, best to put why on your profile and be honest.
The lack of pics will just get you no replies, you've been on over a year now better pics are needed that don't just show some blurry genitals
Thirdly, attend socials. Plenty out there where you don't need veris to attend
