Pierce your nipples, you can then wear a chain around the back of your neck, clipped to each nipple. Job done no more dragging  |

"Get a set of nipple clamps with the chain attached, clamp one to each nipple & put the chain over the back of your neck. Should hold them up nicely X"
Especially the Japanese clover clamps they hurt like a bitch and don't easily come off lol |

There's no floor dragging nipples in your photos, I think the first thing should be new photos.
Have you tried lying down more, sort of reducing the pull of gravity as a plan |
