I've had trouble with my back and shoulder since a car accident years ago and it has a habit of tightening up now and again through work. Is there anyone on here who does massages? The guy I usually go to isnt available for a while. I'm happy to travel.

Haha... but in all seriousness. The hospital one is good. They evaluate.... give some physio style stretches and strengthening exercises and make follow up appointment.... if you want recommendations for good sports massage inbox me and I'll give you details... a good sports massage will tell you if they can help of if more in-depth treatment required... before splashing out on the chiro. |

Thanks I'll give the hospital one a go first and see what they say, if I feel I need something different I'll message you. I'll look into the one in port Talbot too, thank you. |
