Any fellow fabbers doing the Cardiff 1/2 this year. Trying to better 2hrs 13 and to loose less than 4 toenails this year,

I joined a running club to complete a Couch to 5k (check out the NHS app) and I hope to take part in 5k at the end of it. May look at half marathons in the future

Yep, we’ll be there. It’ll be slow and steady so we’ve got plenty of energy to dance the night away afterwards!
