Prostrate cancer I’ve had cancer got all clear now .. had radiotherapy the problem is I can orgasam but fuck all comes out every think else works fine ..shiting my self about meeting woman what do thay think ??? PS if anyone wants or need a chat here for u |

Congratulations on your diagnosis 
I wouldn't worry to much, just be honest about it before starting to play.
There'll be some women who'd find it a complete turn off, others may be gratefully for the lack of mess afterwards.
I'd guess for the vast majority, both of you enjoying the play would be more important than you shooting a load. |

Hi there,Great news,I had my op back in 2013,I'm doing great now,took a while mind,used a pump and still need tablets to help me but,things are looking up lol

I had full prostectomy about 18 months ago, which meant one of the 2 nerves that give you a hard on were severed in the operation. I don't shoot either, just get the sensation of an orgasm. It's taken a while, but drugs have helped get me hard enough to make it useful. I'm clear now too, but it was a shock at the time.
Note for the guys that drive alot, my consultant told me that this makes you more vulnerable. If your lower back is aching alot, get checked. A finger pushed up the bum is better than you pushing up daisies!! |

For me the most important thing would be that I make u climax. Whether anything comes out or not wouldn't make any difference to me one bit.
