Can someone explain? Whisp seems to be popping up all over the place, i assume its like a pm?

How do you send one?

you need to put user name but dont forget the either side of the users name or every 1 will see what you wrote xx

ask in the room and someone will tell you how to whisper but u gotta remember to put the lesser than and greater than symbols the keyson the right side of the letter M before and after persons name
