When I go I like to hit it hard, red face and sweating! I can't imagine many women wanting to train the same way, although I bet there are a few out there?

One thing I do think of though is after, anyone have a longing for long soapy session after?

I'm always hard after a good workout and it seems such a waste

I love to hit the gym hard. Red face. Chest heaving. Muscles aching.abs screaming in pain. Nothing like it

I don’t do the gym, but I do do hiit home work outs and I do not look cute afterwards. Plus I’m so broken afterwards I honestly don’t think I would have the energy for anything else for at least an hour afterwards although that could be because I’m unfit!

I’m the same, could do with a gym buddy! Even a buddy for those sessions in the shower

Slightly misogynistic, I know many women that train hard and if you're horny after training you're the one not hitting it hard enough.

I train so hard. Even when doing a weights session I’m red, sweating and aching.

Agree if you have energy to think of x rated things at the end of a session you had more energy you could’ve used to push whichever muscle group you were training.
