Hoping to catch Haken soon and for all you fusion guitar nuts - of which Mr S is most definitely one - we are going to see what appears to be the farewell tour for the incredible John McLaughlin in April. May also catch UFO on their farewell tour. It all feels like the end of an era though with the great bands retiring or members going to that big gig in the sky. We are less excited by the new rock bands to be honest, although the Prog scene is in a pretty healthy stat - who would have thought it - although we are looking forward to new albums by Black Country Communion and The Winery Dogs. We love gigs and I love to dress really slutty at them - not that I need an excuse hehe!

I was brought up on bands like pantera, slipknot, rammstein, slayer, the list goes on thank to my Mam. still love my metal I’ve just picked up a few new bands to obsess over like Amon Amarth
